This project was developed for a European leading travel group, located in Palma de Mallorca.

The company wanted to support their senior staff to help them improve their organization skills, to better manage their time, to help them manage stressful situations and to attain a better lif-work balance. They also required to enhance their sales and negociation skills to have a more sustainable impact on their own clients and supply chain.

We developed a  tailor-made training program, with lots of hands-on activities, cases and role-plays. It was delivered to an Nord-European audience that became really involved in it.
